Byron Bay Ocean Swim Classic

On the first Sunday of May,  you’ll find the Byron Bay Winter Whales hosting an ocean swim – raising thousands of dollars for local charities in the process.

There are two events, the Byron Bay Property Sales Ocean Swim Classic, and the Byron Bay Chocolate Co Dash, these are divided into three different age categories in each event.  Click here to learn more!

The Love Lennox Festival

Early June brings the Love Lennox Festival back to the shores of Seven Mile Beach. The main street of Lennox Head will be sectioned off, presenting the opportunity for local artists and businesses to set up stalls for the day. This is family-friendly event offers activities for kids, live music as well as a host of artists and entertainers. We personally can’t wait for the cutest dog show!

Brunswick Heads Old & Gold Festival

Celebrating its twentieth year, the Old and Gold Festival returns on Saturday the eighth of June. This town-wide garage sale is anticipating more than 100 registered sellers, so vintage lovers and knick-knack enthusiasts should make this local event a high priority! If that wasn’t enough, there will be 3 fairs on around Brunswick Heads on the day.

From salsa to bachata, zouk to kizomba, and tango to reggaeton, the Fiesta captures the essence of Latin culture. McGregors Carnival and Woodchop

Getting ready for its 68th year, Mcgregors Family Carnival is a beloved tradition by locals and visitors alike. Set along the picturesque Brunswick River at Banner Park, this free entry event will run nightly (except on Christmas Day) and hosts all of the classic carnival amusement you could hope for. Attend as many times as you’d like, with the Woodchop event bringing the festivities to its closing stages on the 11th to the 13th of January.
